Lead Generation · B2B prospecting

Decision-makers sourced and verified, ready to import

The problem

The client wanted decision-makers, not a list. Those are different products, and the difference shows up as a bounce rate three weeks later.

Most B2B lists fail for one of four reasons:

  • They target job titles rather than the actual decision-maker for that purchase.
  • They are scraped in bulk and never verified, so a meaningful share of addresses are dead on arrival.
  • They use guessed email patterns — firstname.lastname@company.com — that look right and are not.
  • They arrive in a shape that will not import cleanly, so someone spends a day reformatting.

Above a 2% bounce rate, mailbox providers begin treating the sender differently. A cheap unverified list is not cheap: it costs you the domain reputation you send everything else from.

What we did

  1. Define the ideal customer profile in writing

Industry, company size, geography, and the actual role that signs off on this purchase — not simply a job title string. Agreed before sourcing started.

  2. Source through LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Filtered against the agreed profile, working from current company data rather than a static purchased database that may be years stale.

  3. Find the real address, never a pattern guess

Where a work address could not be established from a real source it was not invented. A blank cell is honest; a guessed address is a bounce.

  4. Verify every address through ZeroBounce

Each one checked. Anything that failed was removed rather than delivered with a warning label.

  5. Deliver in CRM-ready shape

Consistent column names, phone numbers in one format, no merged cells, one row per person, a unique identifier on every row so the import runs once.

The result

A prospect list matched to the agreed profile, every address verified, delivered as a CSV that imported without reformatting.

We would rather deliver 200 verified contacts than 1,000 unverified ones. The second list looks better on the invoice and costs more to use.

Questions

About this project

How many contacts can you source?

As many as genuinely match the profile. If the qualifying criteria only yield 300 real companies, we deliver 300 and say so rather than padding the list to hit a number you asked for.

What fields come with each contact?

Typically full name, job title, company, company website, verified work email, LinkedIn profile URL and firmographics such as industry and company size. The exact set is agreed before we start.

What is your bounce guarantee?

Every address is verified before delivery. If an address we supplied bounces and you report it within 3-5 days, we replace it free. That is the Bounce-Back Guarantee and it applies to every lead-generation project.

Do you use purchased databases?

No. Purchased databases are the reason most lists bounce - they are resold repeatedly and rarely re-verified. We source against current company data and verify at the point of delivery.
