CRM Migration
Move platforms without losing your history
Most migrations fail on the fields nobody mapped and the notes nobody checked. We migrate in staged batches, verify a test set with you first, and hand over a field-mapping document you can actually read.
You probably need this if…
- You’ve outgrown your current CRM and the export looks terrifying
- A previous migration lost notes, owners or activity history
- You have custom fields with no obvious equivalent in the new platform
- You want the mess cleaned during the move, not carried across
- Your last import created thousands of duplicates

How a migration actually runs
- Field audit — we inventory every field in the source, how populated it is, and what shape the data is really in. This is where most migrations are won or lost.
- Mapping document — you approve a written source-to-target map, including what happens to fields with no equivalent, before any data moves.
- Test batch — a representative sample of 50–100 records is migrated and checked by you against the live system.
- Staged full run — the rest moves in batches with verification between each, so a problem never affects the whole dataset.

Questions
About this service
Will we lose our activity history?
Not if it exists in the export. Notes, emails, call logs and task history migrate wherever the destination platform supports them. Where it does not, we tell you before the project starts rather than after.
How do you handle custom fields with no equivalent?
They go in the mapping document with a proposed destination — usually a new custom field, sometimes a merged note. You approve every decision before anything moves.
Can you clean the data during the migration?
Yes, and we recommend it. Migrating dirty data just moves the problem. Deduplication, standardisation and validation are included in every tier.
What happens if something goes wrong mid-migration?
We migrate in staged batches with verification between each, and we retain the source export untouched until you sign off. A problem affects one batch, never the whole dataset.
How long does a typical migration take?
A single-source move of a few thousand records is usually 4–6 days. A full migration with deals and history is 1–2 weeks. Multi-system consolidations are scoped individually.
