Why is your website pricing different from Fiverr?
Fiverr takes a 20% commission on every order. Booking directly means we can offer a wider scope and a named account contact for the same underlying work, and it means we talk to you rather than to a platform.
Is the Data Health Audit really credited back?
Yes. The full $500 is credited against any project you book within 30 days of the audit. If the audit tells you nothing needs fixing, you keep the report and owe nothing further.
What happens if the scope grows mid-project?
We stop and re-quote before doing the extra work. You will never receive an invoice larger than the figure you approved.
Do you offer hourly work?
For work that does not fit a package we bill at $35/hour with a 3-hour minimum. Retainer clients receive discounted rates. Most clients prefer fixed scope because it removes the risk from their side.
